I can add the following update to my original query. I now know Jonathan and Samuel's parents were Samuel Pierson b. 1761 NJ d. 1839 Hamilton Co. OH and Rebecca DeMint b. 1776 VA? d. 1821 Hamilton Co. OH. Samuel fought in the revolution for the duration. He bought land in the Symmes purchase in OH with his brother Matthias b. 1758 NJ d. 1838 OH. Matthias married Rebecca's sister Catherine DeMint. I now am additionally looking for the parents of Samuel and Matthias. Many researchers place them as children of Wyllys Pierson and Mary Riggs, but no one has any documentation to conclusively support this claim. Any info would be appreciated,
Land records show Lucas Johnson sold 70 acres to Wm GILMORE in 1853, then it was sold to Wm PERKINS in 1869. Wm & Sallie GILMORE sold 2.5 acres to John GILMORE in 1859, then Mary E. GILMORE, widow of John, sold it in 1875 to a PERKINS. This land was near Sims branch of Garrison Creek. Laura Gilmore

Would like to know when and where LEWE NEWLAND died. She is the widow of John Newland of Clark and Bartholomew Counties, IN. She was born as Lewe HARROD on August 21, 1776. She is probably the Lewe Newland listed in the Fayette Co., IN US Census in 1830 with 2 males aged 10-15, 1 female aged 15-20, and herself aged 50-60. What were the names of these two male children, and the female daughter?

Alonzo Sacre and family migrated to Fayette Co. in the 1880's from Kentucky and settled in Alquina. Are there any Sacre decendants researching the Sacre family or have any information about them?

Searching for information on Robert Maxwell Quigley and wife Minnie.Were married 11 Aug 1909 and living in Richmond Indiana in 1912 1913 when Minnie's brother, Curtis Huston, died in Liberty, Indiana.Robert died 8 March 1946 in Connersville, Fayette Co., Indiana while visiting his daughter Mrs. Charles McFall,2225 Iowa avenue. His obit states his wife's name as Ada. Are Ada and Minnie the same person? Would appreciate any info concerning Ada-Minnies date of death, where, place of burial and cause of death.

Researching Samual Parker family who resided in Connersville, Fayette Co, in 1880. Wife was Sarah Elsworth. Both were born in Ohio. I have been told they had 11 children, but I only know of three. Carl Elsworth Parker, b. 4 Nov 1880 in Connersville. "Lon" Parker, and Ethel Parker who married George S. Spannuth.

Valentine, an Irish Friend, for 160 acres, or more, of land on Eli's Creek, in Fayette County,
Indiana. Here he built a Quaker meeting house was built of large,
straight, hewn poplar logs. He also built a grist mill and saw mill on Eli's Creek. He and his wife were
buried at Poplar Ridge, Indiana.

My 3xgreat-grandfather Lemuel Perrin d. Connorsville, Fayette, IN, 9 Jul 1822. His wife was Martha Nash and we don't know if she ever came to IN with her husband. Lemuel was b. 21 Oct 1749 in Rehobeth, Bristol, MASS and married there in 1773. Any information would be most welcome. Do you have cemtery lists for Fayette Co.?
